Ticket Delivery
After successful payment, participants will receive a confirmation email with their ticket and event details sent to the email address provided during registration.
Tickets for the Global IT HR & Recruitment Forum are delivered electronically only. No physical tickets will be shipped.
Please make sure your contact information is entered correctly during registration. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours after payment, please contact our support team.
Online participation links and additional event instructions will be sent before the event date.
Returns & Refunds
All ticket purchases for the Global IT HR & Recruitment Forum are considered final.
If you decide to cancel your registration, you should do so no later than 10 days before the Forum starts.
- Cancellations made more than 10 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3–10 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 days or less before the event are non-refundable.
Ticket Transfer
If you are unable to attend the Forum, you may transfer your ticket to another person (for example, a colleague, client, or friend).

Ticket transfer requests must be submitted no later than 2 days before the Forum starts.

Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event format, schedule, speakers, or program if necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
In case of event cancellation by the organizer, participants will be informed regarding available refund or transfer options.
