Now the largest specialized Conference for IT HR and Recruiters in Western Europe is going Global to support Ukraine.
It will connect specialists from different countries and boost the inspiration and practical skills of everyone! The main idea — to create high quality specified information with cases and practical tools for every Forum participant.

Any recruiter can only dream of filling a vacancy with just 1 post in Linkedin. Is that really possible?
Indeed! The market has changed. The candidates are more responsive and easier to engage.
However, some conditions apply!
Your Linkedin network should include the right audience and at least 7000 contacts.
Thus, it is worth working on building your network on daily basis!
Writing articles, posting actively might not be enough. What else can be done?
You might bring up the Linkedin restrictions of adding only 100 contacts per week. But, honestly, do we really use the 100 at the maximum?
We are too busy to connect. Why not delegating it to the robots?
Build your daily workflow, reach out to the carefully chosen prospects with a personalised connection request. Delegate it to the robot and spend more time on delivering better candidate experience to your candidates.

Irina Shamaeva, Chief Sourcer Partner at Brain Gain Recruiting
LinkedIn has the best professional data. However, finding the right profiles with LinkedIn Recruiter (or Lite) is not straightforward. The UI/UX is highly unintuitive, and users who follow the prompts miss a lot of potential matches. Irina will explain the algorithms behind the LIR search and hacks to get deeper into sourcing, unearthing candidates that LIR has not made easy to find. She will also explain why stepping outside of Recruiter and using LinkedIn.com and X-Ray widens your search
11:00 - 12:00 CET time zone
Thibault Martin, Talent Sourcing Lead at Microsoft
There is a danger of bogging down talent sourcing with complicated techniques, sometimes what’s simple and standardised is best. Through a case study (Thibault will share real time data & insights from a recent search), this session explores the importance of simple fundamentals – knowing the audience, proper engagement methodologies, and using templates.
Thibault promised to be an open book! Here is an opportunity to understand how sourcers work behind the scenes.
