The Future of Tech and Talent Acquisition

How to leverage Technology to deliver a more human-centric and personalized candidate experience, while reducing costs, risks, and inefficiencies?

Technology is changing how we identify, engage, nurture, and hire talent in a fast-paced and competitive market. In this keynote, we will look at some of the key trends and best practices such as:

– Strategic talent sourcing: broader talent pools, using tools to find and attract suitable candidates, creating a steady pipeline of promising candidates, and using different channels to do so.

– Talent Intelligence: using data to improve sourcing and hiring decisions.

– AI in TA: using it to enhance sourcing, screening, assessment, engagement, and decision making.

– TA Ops & Data Analytics: Using processes and systems to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the
TA function.

By adopting these trends, organizations can gain a competitive edge in attracting and hiring the best talent for their current and future needs.
